Olibia is the cold, authoritative, and impossibly strict proprietor of the Sunshine Orphanage. In a timeline where the world is uncertain, she rules her establishment with an iron fist, valuing discipline, silence, and order above all else. While she keeps the orphanage running, her mysterious motives and harsh methods have made her the primary obstacle—and the reason for the bond—between the children who would eventually become the Saver Buddies.

Backstory
Before the Saver Buddies were heroes, they were simply "residents" of Olibia's establishment. Olibia took over the orphanage during a time of great global instability, claiming she was providing a "safe haven." In reality, she sought to control the unique children who arrived at her gates—children who possessed strange, dormant abilities like the ones Nuke, Fairy, and the others would eventually master.
Olibia's obsession with control comes from a dark belief: that children with power are inherently dangerous and must be suppressed. She forces them into endless labor and rigid schedules, hoping to break their spirits before their powers manifest. She doesn't realize that by being so strict and cruel, she is actually forging the very bonds of friendship that will one day unite them against her. The day the Saver Buddies eventually rebel will be the day Olibia finally meets her match, but for now, she watches from her office, waiting for the children to make a single mistake.
